Just wonderful

Ever since I joined cas plus everything has been really smooth and customer service staff are extremely helpful example my card snapped and they sent me a new one out and I received within a couple of days despite our royal mail being on strike, the online app is so easy to use too and never have any issues. Cashplus let's you know we'll in advance when maintenance is due either for the call center or the online bank app. Reviewed on: 21st February 2024

Easy simple and great customer service

Such a lovely easy bank account so helpful great for credit building, even when I had a card issue with my cards they helped straight away didn't charge for a new card as I wasn't the only customer sadly but they resolved the issue quickly not just to me but all their other customers, overall I can not complain at all Reviewed on: 5th April 2023
