App is easy to use

I've had an account with Chase for over 6 months now and find the App really easy to use. I did have an initial concern that I coukldn;t find out how to close it, but Chase have agents on hand, via the phone (which was answered very quickly) who advised it just 'times out' and closes automatically. I have to say I have had no issues with Chase at all, and their interest rates for my savings account have always been competitive. I would have no hesitation in recommending Chase Bank to my friends and family. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023
