Starling just works

From opening a business account in just 90 seconds back in 2018 it continues seamlessly to work while adding features that improves the experience (such as paying direct debits from a saving space). Fee free, open banking, linking it to Xero, bounce back loan approval, web banking etc, it feels secure & well thought out. I have probably only needed to contact customer service once or twice with minor queries. Starling just works, so it was a no brainer to add personal banking back in 2020.
