Great customer experience - just needs a few tweaks to be a great one!

The usability and reliability of the app, the friendly and helpful telephone support, have all been a great customer experience so far... just a few tweaks would take it to the next level: - Simplification of incoming overseas payments process - get rid of NatWest! - Ability to use on ApplePay - Extend acceptance of the card... it seems to be 'declined/card not accepted' in a few places that it should be - e.g. on-line, car hire, etc... the kinds of things a business regularly uses I understand why a growing fintech start-up might have to accept these kinds of 'compromises', but you're a bank now...!
