Review of the Metro Bank, Current account:

Metro Bank have provided me with a a very positive customer service experince.

I needed to set up a trust account so after being messed around by a competitor that I abandoned for very poor service, I approached Metro Bank (Bishopsgate branch) and much to my releif, I had a totally different experince. The staff were welcoming and friendly and were able to answer every question I put forward and nothing seemed too much trouble. The bank its self was spacious and comfortable and enabled privacy and they evn provided lolly pops and dog treats, which I have never come across in a bank before. I was not presurised in any way to take on different products and everything that was meant to be organised on my bealf was organised very quickly. I have had no issues when making transactions and I feel confident that if in the future I do come across any problems, that the staff at Metro Bank are available every day and that they will be able to assist me. I am very confident that Metro Bank have my best interests at heart and that they will look after my money. I am not rich by anymeans but I feel as though I have the same respect from metro bank staff as someone who is rich. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023
