I joined the Chase team last year after doing a little research regarding customer service, interest rates etc. I was then discussing it with one of my friends who had already joined your team, it was a no brainer. I have dealt with customer service in a chat and they offered help that sorted the issue immediately. Cannot fault them. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023
