Going the extra mile

I’ve been with Metro Bank now for 6 months. Joining was seamless and it was amazing to leave the branch in less than 20 minutes with a new bank account and card. The service was personal and friendly, I didn’t feel like just a number. The app is easy to use, and if you need someone they are there when you need them. Evening. Weekends.
