Good usability and excellent customer service

The phone app is clear and easy to use. On the rare occasions tha I have had to call customer service they have been extremely helpful and reassuring Reviewed on: 28th February 2024

Easy to use app and card

The Chase app appears to be secure. It is definitely easy to use. I like the ability to set up multiple accounts linked to a single card for spending. Works well, as long as you remember to switch the spending account as appropriate. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023
