Had credit card number of years ago, was advised in order to close would have to go into high street branch (which is nowhere near me) so I left the card with 0 balance. Every few weeks would receive junk mail with offers of new cards and better rates which i had no interest in. eventually managed to close via app very recently which ended up being so easy and simple. Good rate and easy use

Competitive rate with credit card, low interest thereafter interest free period. Could have been notified as to when that period was up as I had to look myself after being charged interest. Balance amount increased with no hassle and all on the app. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

Had my 1,2, 3 account for few years now. my mortage is with Santander also which means I gain moneyback from this and direct debits. I can see both my mortage and account balance all in one place on the app which means my finances are easily accesible. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023
