DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE! I tried to phone them after an accident & was kept waiting by their claims department for days! They said they offer a call-back service but this isn't convenient when you are at work & have to shout at the top of your voice because they claim it is a bad line.I telephoned them with all the information that they required. They phoned a day later to ask for the information I had just provided. They claimed no notes had been made on my file. To cut a long story short, I paid my annual insurance up front (over £300), I had my insurance cancelled & no refund offered. This meant I paid a whole year's insurance for 1 month of driving. This has been a totally stressful experience that I have never experienced with any other company in 30 years. They are still calling me claiming there are no notes on my file despite the fact that I have talked to them over 10 times on the phone. DO NOT USE!!!! Reviewed on: 1st September 2016
