Great savings account from a newcomer

The Chase savings account is a great option from a newcomer. When I opened the account the interest rate was the best at the time for a savings account, but more importantly, as interest rates started to rise elsewhere, Chase kept increasing the rate on their savings account. Usually your interest rate on a savings account doesn't increase, but by increasing their rate Chase stayed competitive and stopped me from switching to a different account with a better rate. Great newcomer account

The Chase current account is a great newcomer account. The 1% cashback on everyday Debit card spending is a great perk and seeing the cashback added so quickly is fantastic. Extension of the offer beyond the initial 12-month period was also very welcome. The account is easy to manage through the app, which has other useful features not seen in other banking apps such as grouping payees by account holder when one person has multiple accounts, and not tying payment references to payees. A great account, one which I have recommended to friends and family whom also enjoy the account. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023
