Easy and hassle free banking

Their automated system over the phone and on the app is very user friendly and easy to get around, but should you need to talk to a real person, again it is very easy to get hold of someone, the waiting time is quite short compared to other banks I’ve been with and once you’re through to customer service they are easy to understand and extremely helpful.
