poor service

sent a complaint in regarding the max cash deposit per day not aligning with the minimum deposit charge just get generic responses. How can you have a policy where you limit the deposit at £500 and charge 0.5% for doing so and then put in brackets £3 min deposit fee for each deposit. the Daily limit should be a weekly or monthly amount which then allows customers to -make a single bigger deposit rather then 2 smaller ones.
