Amazing bank with professional customer service

We have been with Tide since the beginning of our company's journey and we are happy to say that we have had a great service so far. There has been minor issues here and there but the customer service representatives have been very prompt to respond and very helpful in trying to find the solutions to our problems. I like the simplicity of the application and it's easy to use features. But most importantly, I appreciate the fact that Tide is always looking to improve its products and services and make it better for the customers. I would highly recommend Tide to anyone who is out there looking for a first class business bank. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023
