customer services very good

Had to contact customer services as my children’s cards did not work in a particular shop. Replied straight away to investigate and then informed me of reason for declined transactions. Felt looked after as the responses were professional and straight to the point. Although we couldn’t use cards in this particular shop as they sold alcohol so was there to stop kids potentially buying alcohol or cigarettes even though it was for some toys, I haven’t an issue with this as it is there to protect my kid.
