Review of the Tide, Business Banking:

Overall a good app and banking experience.

Tide does things well overall and I would say they are one of the better ones however one thing has definitely soured me and that was how they during the time of covid loans were not particularly interested in their customer base and were pandering to any who may come which considering they had lots of loyal customers being put way back in a que for this was particularly annoying. Tide for me fell flat on its face and at the time I was ready to move away. They have since redeemed themselves a little but I'm afraid the sour taste still remains. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023
