Triodos banking app is straightforwards to use but also brilliant at showing the positive outcomes of where your money is going. Customer services is also straight forward talking to someone who is based in the UK. Reviewed on: 21st March 2025

I have had an excellent experience withTriodos.

I have had an excellent experience withTriodos. They have offered a competitive rate of return for my saver account in the knowledge that my money is being used ethically and sustainably. The app is very easy to use and informative. I can see exactly what my money is funding: social projects, how much C02 I’m saving. When I have needed to get in contact, staff have been very helpful, what’s more I haven’t had to wait an age to to talk to someone. Highly recommend Triodos. What’s not to like ?
