A mixed bag

Some good services, but also some failures My main disagreement is the £100 prize draw reward for customers reviews; then their advertising: "Thanks for rating us #1 on the high street for the 10th time running" Otherwise: online banking -- good customer service / keeping promises -- has not been good for me, but I realize they focus on it, and I imagine it is good on average Reviewed on: 7th April 2023
