Dereliction of consumer duty

After transferring savings from my Barclays account to their Rainy Day Saver account, Barclays blocked access to and then closed my account. As well as refusing to return my funds to me, Barclays have been uncooperative, dismissive and negligent in their communication with me. The matter remains unresolved after several months. There is a complete lack of care for the customer; they have made me feel like a criminal. Reviewed on: 7th April 2023
