DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

Emergency Assistance Facilities department are and absolute joke, I have never experienced such a poor level of service. They have refused to Repatriate my Mother with a broken hip and have allowed her to spend 3 nights in a dire hospital to then be moved to another hospital where the operation has yet again been delayed. They will not return calls or emails and are doing everything possible to make sure they are not liable for anything. I can't stress enough DO NOT USE THEM !!!!!!!! Reviewed on: 26th June 2018
