Metro Bank: The Best Bank; it's modern, friendly to customers (dogs & kids included) and provides stress-free customer service.

Metro Bank are the best bank in the world, or at least in the UK. Here are the reasons why I believe this statement be true. Firstly, what is more to love than a bank where you can actually bring your dog inside?! There are doggy treats and water bowls for your pooch dotted around these dog-friendly banks. Go into the banks with kids too without stressing, not that I have ever waited more than a half hour on a busy day to be seen by their friendly staff. Metro Bank have you covered by keeping up the kids' (and adults') mood with lollies. Not that you have time to finish the lolly; with instant account opening; and you can print off proof of address in the branch; you are issued with your card on the spot! This includes replacement cards. The only thing you need to bring is your face. Thanks to their photo verification system, you will be speedily sorted without need of documents nor ID. The telephone customer communication has always been friendly, helpful and efficient. I will always stay loyal to this bank, and I think other banks have fallen behind whilst Metro Bank has trumped them with their modern perks. Metro Bank make banking stress-free.
