Great but HMRC paying tax integration disappointing

I love using Tide and find it very easy but was disappointed that the HMRC API integration didn't work when I came to pay my tax bill. I emailed CEO COO and CTO at Tide to alert them and no-one replied. Bit disappointing considering until that point I was a big Tide fan. Sometimes I find the Tide Google Pixel phone App a bit glitchy. Overall though Tide makes it super easy to open a business bank account and I'm very grateful to have it running. Possibly the issues I've had are growing pains. Very easy to use and a great first business bank account, although they aren't officially a bank right?! Reviewed on: 10th April 2023
