Review of the Chase Bank, Savings:

Great bank, great benefits

Chase are a brilliant bank with so many great benefits. I'm reviewing savings, but I also have a current account with them (which you can have in addition to the one you already have) You get cashback on purchases made with your card for the first year. There's a round up account which has a higher interest rate than your normal savings (which is already a good interest rate) Chase are pretty quick to increase the interest rate too when the BOE changes the base rate. Nice to see a bank that is happy to pass on the benefit so quickly. The app works really well too. It's very easy to transfer money between your different accounts and you can set up different savings pots, which is handy. If you ever misplace your card, they have a card freeze feature. I had opportunity to use this when I dropped my card in a car park. Thankfully, someone had handed it in to the customer service desk, and I was then able to unfreeze it and was good to go again. And because there are no numbers on the card (they're stored in the app) there was no worry about somebody taking note of the details to use online.
