Cashplus Online Banking. Cashplus have come a long way during my fourteen years as a customer. I have never had a poor response whenever I have phoned them with a question about my account. Customer service is extremely good, and when I phone; I speak to a real live person! Not press this button then press that button and then probably, another button! Then, if it’s your lucky day, someone, just might, answer the phone. I write from experience! Whenever I phone Cashplus customer service, I speak to a real live person, someone who is friendly and helps me resolve my inquiry. Not for one moment have I regretted leaving the high street bank behind, no more deposit books, no more cheque books, no more monthly statements sent in the post!
