Simple Business Banking

As a small business and not very good with IT & Apps in general, I don't need things to be too complicated. I was with Santander beforehand and found myself constantly on the phone for ages to get them to sort out logging in problems. When I first heard of TIDE, they were in their infancy and despite my reservations about banking apps, I decided to give them a shot. The business rates were lower compared to high street banks and customer service was quick via the app rather than holding in telephone queues. They have since brought out more services including IBAN services and I am very happy at the fit between TIDE, my business and ultimately, ME! Reviewed on: 10th April 2023
