Incapable of setting up a high interest account

Using Money expert advice, tried to set up a high interest savings account. You would think this was easy but no, neither bank could communicate with the other. Several attempts later, still no luck and yet Smart Save seems to be sending emails ok. Polite but totally ineffectual customer service from Smart Save and Starling. Bring back the high st bank where they know what they are doing! Reviewed on: 11th April 2023
