Totally untrustworthy

My experience with this company is so bad....i've been so happy being able to provide a review and express how their customer service employees are treating the customers. I've been asking for a receipt or any other proof of my payment made into the account and this was impossible to obtain, which just made me think how untrustworthy they are. This just made me rush with my repayments and close once forever this account, because I can become overcharged for I don't know what suspicuos fees. Reviewed on: 11th April 2023

Great credit cards provider

Very professional comparing to other credit card providers ( Aqua for example). Every time I made a payment into my account, I'm receiving a receipt without asking. The app is very easy to use, also provides a credit score report, which is great for having an overview over how I'm managing my finances. For New Days credit cards (Aqua), they didn't provided a payment receipt even after asking for a proof of my spending, which made me think that Zopa is miles above when speaking about trust, comparing to other credit card providers Reviewed on: 11th April 2023
