Understanding, non judgemental, professional and sympathetic

Payplan helped me when I thought there was no way out of debt. I have since found out I have ADHD and this was the reason I spent money impulsively (it is a real condition and money management and prioritising is a HUGE part of it) and they have been nothing but kind and understanding towards that either. Truly gave me my sanity back at a period in my life when I thought it meant my life (debt meant) was over and they helped me see the wood from the trees. Reviewed on: 20th May 2022

A good alternative to lenders that charge the earth

I've got nothing but praise for this company. Their customer service people go out of their way to help you and are helpful, non judgemental and friendly. Their interest rates and monthly rates are an affordable alternative to companies like Brighthouse that charge sky high prices /'interest rates . They are a really good company. Lifesaver & good alternative to high cost credit...

My washing machine was making a horrendous noise and I was panicking because I didn't know how I would find the money to replace it. I've also got a low credit score. Fair for you provided a relatively low cost alternative for me in a time of need compared to places like brighthouse or doorstep loans.
