Just great

Simple to set up account with an easy to navigate app. Faultless over the few years I've been a customer. As some one who travels abroad 4-5 times a year (or I used to) their free ATM foreign cash withdrawals have saved me a lot of money in fees. Plus their exchange rate is always better than even the online bureaus. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Cancelled auto renewal in writing but they still renewed it anyway!

The title tells the story. However they did respond quickly, were very apologetic and cancelled the policy immediately. Never happened with any other company previously though! Reviewed on: 26th June 2018
