Amazing customer service!

I was experiencing some financial difficulty and was unable to make my minimum monthly payment. I called the customer service team and was very quickly put through to someone who very easily set up a payment holiday for me. They were supportive, informative and kind. Meanwhile it took me over an hour to get through to anyone at my bank! I would recommend Zopa to anyone. They’re affordable, the app is easy to use and I’ve never had any problems.
