Updraft is more than just about algorithms, it is about the individual customer

I have felt that Updraft cared about me and my circumstances more than just evaluating a credit score and deciding that I fail because of ‘x’ or ‘y’. It is a complete service that looks at me in a holistic way and it was the first time I felt that even if I am rejected for a financial product, I won’t question it. They are supportive and very good at communicating with customers. I’m extremely pleased with Updraft. Reviewed on: 11th April 2023
