Personalised and Flexible Banking

Having taken a loan with Updraft last year, I've had only incredible and refreshing service. The apps functionality is simple and straightforward, and the open banking feature allows me to view all of my accounts in one place. During the term of my loan, any questions I had were dealt with in a friendly manner, and I was always kept updated with timescales on a reply, meaning I was never at a loose end. Every colleague I've spoken to using the chat function have been trained very well, they perfectly balance knowing when to be more formal when answering your question whilst also being personable to make the conversation natural, unlike your usual bank experience.
