Straightforward loans and transparent company

Really easy to use the app to apply for the loans and full transparency with repayment terms, amounts and percentages. Really like the accounts feature that lets you keep an eye on all your credit products, how many payments you have made, how much is remaining etc. Could only give 4* as I had an issue where an extra direct debit was taken from my account and I did not receive any communication from them. It took me 2 days of calling and messaging to get through to someone and find out what had happened and arrange for a refund to be issued. However when I did speak to someone they were absolutely fantastic and very reassuring, explaining exactly what the error was. Why it had happened and how they were going to resolve the problem.
