Seamless digital experience

I was incredibly pleased with the ease of signing up and depositing my savings into a Lifetime ISA account. II really enjoy the other cool features (e.g. mortgage calculator and free advice, etc.) that I can take advantage of by setting up this account. Reviewed on: 11th April 2023

Amazing digital banking experience

Since 2016, I have tried a variety of digital banks. Starling's commitment to making the user's experience as painless and satisfying as possible is admirable. Compared to other banks, I found the sign-up process to be extremely smooth, the features to be very useful, and the customer support to be very responsive. My only request is to improve the joint account vetting process since I'm currently blocked from using this feature for no logical reason. Since I am a big fan of the tech company's mission, values, and product, I would rate it a 4/5 since not having access to a joint account prevents me from taking full advantage of what I need as a user.
