Poor phone service

I was on phone for 2 and half hours waiting, from customer No.14 and when it was mine turn to speak to the advisor,I was again transferred from the other departments, and I was customer No2,but it an hour with no response ,I had to drop my call and I was feeling really sad... Really its just an Insurance company full of people with no work ethic...... Reviewed on: 11th April 2023
