Bumpy start but great after

I had a bit of a bumpy start as there was lots of issues with the app and although payment had left my bank it wasn’t reflecting on the app which was telling me I hadn’t paid which was stressful! Thankfully the issue was resolved relatively quickly. I don’t check the app now, just look to check the direct debits come out each month and everything has been smooth since initial hiccups.
