A service you cannot fault

Unfortunately to me, it's my second time with StepChange and I can truly say that the process, advise/guidance and overall experience is great and effortless. Financial difficulties isn't easy to deal with and at times can feel very overwhelming, the staff at StepChange helps to put your mind and situation at ease with finding the right solution and ways to manage and get back on top of things. Out of sight, out of mind

Can't fault the app or the purpose of it. I know there are many benefits to it but I personally use it to save knowing Plum is taking care of it. Its easy to set up, when and how much you want to put aside and they do the rest. Used it for a while now, was a great and easy way to save up for Christmas last year and now saving for summer holidays! Reviewed on: 11th April 2023
