Awful company with no morals

Avoid this company at all costs! We lost our beautiful German shepherd very suddenly to cancer and perfect pets did everything they could to pay as little as possible towards our vet fees. As an example they have a cap of £12 on blood work, £12 when you have an elite extra policy is insane?! Go with animal friends instead. They pay out with no fuss. Perfect pets are just crooks. They have caused us so much stress and upset. Our vets are even shocked at what a awful company this is Reviewed on: 12th April 2023
