checks after 2 years

this is a shocking customer service bank. ltd company was set up 2 years ago with this bank. after 2 years have now asked for id proof and stopped all banking facilities because it takes them 10 working days to check these documents. in the meantime our customers can not pay into our bank and we can not pay suppliers. effecting our credit status. shocking service even after putting in a complaint. join some other bank make your life and business easier.
