I’ve cut my card up. I’m using the latest software. It quiet often does not recongnise my email address, but it sends emails to me. !?! I’ve withdrawn my travel savings as it’s the worst Card company I’ve used. Now with Revolut and Caxton, a million times better. Sainsbury’s customer service (via India) is a nightmare.
