Honest, helpful and pleasant

The advisor I spoke to at the Melton was very helpful and pleasant. She was clear and honest in the information she gave me and guided me through the decisions I needed to make. I felt she had a good grasp of my circumstances and what I needed in terms of mortgage requirements for the future. Telephone conversations and emails were followed up promptly with a summary of our discussions and the necessary documents. I felt confident in the information and advice I was given.
