Review of the NFU Mutual, Home Insurance:

No payment on any claim

I have been with NFU for over 20 years, they have wriggled out of every claim by telling me 'that is not insured' or you never included that in your prospectus, or your insurance does not include that claim, despite having my house & several other properties insured. My car insurance went up so much I had to find another company. They are recommended by Which, but what annoys me is that no-one ever reviews how good these companies are when a claim is made, its only how polite or charming they are when you take the insurance out initially.
