Theyre terrible, they use 3rd party companies to run...

Theyre terrible, they use 3rd party companies to run their claims, they say they have cotacted us but zero emails, or telephone calls, avoid at all costs, do not use they are shockingly bad. Just can't put into words how we feel and we will never use ths company again. Dont say you have not been warned. Reviewed on: 1st March 2024

Terrible data management shocking systems to rip people off

If this company was based abroad, I would have thought this was a scan. They charged me £20 as they took the payment form card details from 12 months ago without checking with me the customer. Their responses via email are at best rude and dismissive. Do not use this service, they are shocking Reviewed on: 12th May 2023
