Have requested my deeds 5 times,was told there would be a fee that was £250, I refused to pay it I have been told to download them.My property is 300yrs old so want the originals.On my last attempt I was told I can take a couple of months to send them to me,that was over 4 months ago and still waiting..I am disgusted that after been a loyal customer for 15yrs they can't even be bothered to carry out a single easy request.The top and bottom of it is they just can't be bothered and there attitude of we have made our money off you,now sod off.Wrll done Santander.
