Never had any problems with Vanquis in the last two years. Customer service is always excellent. The app works very well on my iPhone it has good security features meaning I feel confident using the card and app online safely. I highly recommend Vanquis for anyone searching for a new credit card, 5 stars. The response time for enquiries has been excellent and I received my card with just a few days from the application.
