The friendly credit union

They are friendly helpful and knowledgeable exactly what they are talking about. They promote credit unions in favour of other higher risk loans and are like family are talking to you on the phone. They advise that a loan from them is not only that but you save whilst paying if your loan so you have a slush fund at the end and it encourages people to save Reviewed on: 16th May 2025

Best Credit Union

I was introduced to the credit union via work and started to look into it. I spoke to my partner and decided to start saving via my wages. Then came the time that I needed to get some money out so I rang them up and couldn't belt how unbelievably helpful and friendly the staff were, this convinced me to carry on saving and I can't praise the staff and concept enough. I have had such a good experience with credit union that I convinced my daughter in law to start saving via it and she is thrilled to bits with it Reviewed on: 14th July 2023

Excellent

The Co-op credit union are fabulous the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. They help you to the best of their ability and do everything happily. I save monthly with them via a deduction from my wage and find it easy and convenient. They are also prompt and helpful when you wish to get your money out and is usually done within hours but can take up to 24 hours and you are advised of this. I cannot praise the staff enough and can honestly say I haven't had a bad experience I nearly 6years. Reviewed on: 2nd June 2023

A FAB Company with Excellent Customer Service.

I have been amember of Co-op credit union for about 4years and I find it an excellent way to save with a company that is community focused and eco friendly as they as a company thrive to be the best they can. As I just put a certain amount in monthly I never know how much I have in my account so when I need my money I just call the centre and an greeted by a happy sounding member if staff and within 24hrs the money is in my bank account. The staff always sound like they are smiling and are happy to help and pleasant to deal with. Reviewed on: 18th May 2023
