The easiest process ever! People are lovely to deal with and the paperwork is very straight forward. They make life so simple and actually listen to a customers needs. Ok the interest rate isn’t great but whose is these days! Reviewed on: 27th March 2024

The whole process with Vanquis has been utterly brilliant. The customer service people are lovely and efficient! The app is brilliant and if you contact anyone at Vanquis they always come back to me with a quick, decent and polite response.
