After speaking to the customer service agent and agreeing I would like to renew I was told it was all complete and went on my day. 7days later I received an email saying can you please contact us without any explanation. After calling the company they made me aware that due to a training error my insurance wasn’t renewed and that for the last 7days I was in fact driving around uninsured. Since then I’ve put in a complaint which they said I will get a response within 8weeks which isn’t good enough. Then after 8 weeks I received an email saying within the next 4 weeks I will hear back from them and still nothing. This has caused me nothing but stress and anxiety. Still now I’m no closer to an ending to all of this. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2023
