I have held my Vanquis for many years and on the very rare time that I have had to contact Vanquis I was met by very polite and helpful staff who were able to resolve my issue during that phone call. I like the two tier system of confirmation of a transaction which gives me comfort in knowing that I am being looked after by Vanquis Reviewed on: 19th April 2025
