When our credit score wasn’t good vanquis gave me a loan which was a life saver as it meant we were able to travel to Devon to see our daughter and grandchildren . Which was very important to us. We had almost given up. As a lot of loan companies turned us down The guidance and the information was professional yet explained in a friendly manner with time to process the information also emails to confirm , read and contact customer support if I had any questions. The money went into my account extremely quick. we would recommend vanquis as a great company and understanding bank with great customer support. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2023
